Introduction

These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement", "Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and kilat404 ("kilat404", "the Company", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gambling platform accessible at kilat404.cam.

• "Supported Payment Methods" — the payment channels accepted by kilat404, including but not limited to Touch'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank, Hong Leong Connect, and cryptocurrency networks (BTC, ETH, USDT TRC20, BNB).
• "Prohibited Territories" — jurisdictions in which kilat404 does not accept registrations or wagers, as determined and updated by kilat404 at its discretion.

Account Eligibility

To register and maintain an active account on kilat404, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

1. You are at least twenty-one (21) years of age. kilat404 enforces a strict21+ minimum age policy without exception. Any account found to belong to an individual under 21 will be immediately suspended and all associated funds held pending investigation.
2. You are registering as an individual acting on your own behalf. Registering on behalf of another person, or allowing another person to use your account, is strictly prohibited.
3. You are not a resident of a Prohibited Territory. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether accessing kilat404 is lawful in your jurisdiction.
4. You have not previously had an account suspended or banned by kilat404 for any breach of these Terms.
5. You are not subject to any self-exclusion agreement, either with kilat404 or through a recognised gambling self-exclusion scheme, that would prohibit you from gambling online.
6. You have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction.

Account Registration

Each individual is permitted to holdone (1) account only on the kilat404 platform. The creation of multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") by a single individual is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any pending bonuses or balances derived from bonus activity.

When registering, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and mobile phone number. You must promptly update your account information if any details change.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. kilat404 will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. You must notify kilat404 support immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation.

kilat404 reserves the right to request KYC documentation at any point during the account lifecycle, including but not limited to: at registration, prior to processing a withdrawal, or following detection of unusual account activity. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension.

Terms of Use

By using the kilat404 platform, you agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction and to use the platform solely for lawful personal entertainment purposes.

You acknowledge and agree that:

• Gambling involves financial risk. There is no guarantee of profit, and you may lose some or all funds deposited into your account.
• You will not use the platform for any commercial purpose or on behalf of any third party.
• You will not use automated systems, bots, scripts, or other non-human interfaces to access or interact with the platform.
• You will not attempt to exploit, reverse-engineer, or circumvent any element of the platform's security, random number generation systems, or game logic.
• kilat404 reserves the right to void bets or game results that are the product of software errors, technical faults, or manifest pricing errors.
• Decisions made by kilat404 regarding disputed outcomes are final, subject to the complaints procedure set out in Clause 15.

Deposits & Withdrawals

kilat404 accepts deposits via all Supported Payment Methods as defined in Clause 2. The minimum deposit amount is RM30 per transaction. The maximum single deposit amount is RM30,000, subject to individual payment method limits.

Deposits via e-wallets (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow) are processed instantly. Deposits via FPX and online banking (Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank, Hong Leong Connect) typically settle within 5to 15 minutes. Cryptocurrency deposits are credited following the required number of network confirmations, which varies by coin and network.

Withdrawal requests are processed to verified bank accounts and supported e-wallets. kilat404 targets a processing time of 5 to 15 minutes for verified accounts. Withdrawal requests may be subject to KYC review prior to processing, particularly for first withdrawals or where the withdrawal amount is materially larger than previous transactions.

kilat404 does not charge transaction fees for standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider or cryptocurrency network may apply its own fees, for which kilat404 accepts no responsibility.

kilat404 reserves the right to request that withdrawals be returned via the same payment method used for the original deposit, in accordance with anti-money laundering obligations.

Bonuses & Promotions

kilat404 offers various bonus and promotional programmes from time to time, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, referal bonuses, VIP loyalty rewards, and cryptocurrency deposit bonuses. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion, in addition to these general Terms.

Unless explicitly stated otherwise in a specific promotion's terms, the following general bonus conditions apply:

• Bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times (the Wagering Requirement) before associated winings may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are stated in each promotion's specific terms.
• Only one bonus may be active per account at any given time, unless kilat404 explicitly permits otherwise in writing.
• Bonuses are credited to the User's Bonus Balance and are distinct from Real Money Balance. Real Money funds are used first in all wagering activity unless otherwise specified.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value prior to meeting applicable wagering requirements.
• kilat404 reserves the right to withold or retract bonus funds if it reasonably suspects that a Player is exploiting bonus offers in bad faith, including through collusion, arbitrage betting, or other forms of bonus abuse.
• All bonuses are available to players aged 21 and above only. No bonus may be claimed by or on behalf of a player who does not meet the eligibility criteria set out in Clause 3.

Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets and wagers placed on the kilat404 platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to each game or betting market. Game rules are accessible from within each game interface. Sports betting rules are governed by the standard rules applicable to each market type, as displayed in the sportsbook.

For sports betting markets — including football (EPL, Liga Super Malaysia, UEFA Champions League), UFC, basketball and other covered sports — the following general principles apply:

• Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time bet is placed and confirmed. Odds may change before confirmation due to market movements.
• In-play bets are accepted subject to the platform's live data feed. kilat404 accepts no liability for delays between real-world events and live market updates.
• In the event of a match abandonment, postponement, or cancellation, bets will be settled in accordance with the applicable market rules for that sport.
• Manifest pricing errors — where odds are clearly incorrect due to a technical fault — will be void, regardless of whether they have been confirmed and settled.

For casino games, kilat404 uses independently certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems to ensure all outcomes are unpredictable and fair. Published Return to Player (RTP) figures are based on long-term statistical averages and do not guarantee individual session outcomes.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the kilat404 platform and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Opening or operating more than one account (multi-accounting).
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorised payment instruments to make deposits.

• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to extract the source code of any platform software.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, kilat404 and its officers, directors, employees, and licensors shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the platform — including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.

kilat404's total cumulative liability to you for any claim arising from or relating to the platform shall not exceed the total amount of Real Money funds held in your account at the time the claim arises.

kilat404 does not warrant that the platform will be uninterupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. kilat404 is not responsible for any loss or damage resulting from third-party payment provider outages, network disruptions, or force majeure events beyond its reasonable control.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits kilat404's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death, or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law.

Amendments to These Terms

kilat404 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time at its sole discretion. Revised Terms will be published on this page with an updated "Last updated" date.

For material changes to these Terms, kilat404 will endeavour to provide notice to registered users via email or an in-platform notification at least 7 days prior to the changes taking effect. Your continued use of the platform following the effective date of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those revised Terms.

If you do not agree with any amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and, if applicable, request the withdrawal of any remaining account balance prior to the effective date of the changes.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which kilat404 holds its international gaming licence.

Malaysian users acknowledge that kilat404 does not operate under Malaysian domestic law or regulation. By using the platform, Malaysian users accept that they are accessing an internationally licensed service and that any dispute resolution will be conducted in accordance with the platform's international licensing jurisdiction, not Malaysian domestic courts.
